    I started off by using their chat feature with Robert. He walked me through finding my model number and what part I was talking about. I though I needed a condenser motor but he told me thats the motor located in the back. I didnt even know their was a motor back there. He then told me it was this "evaporator" motor that I needed. I order it and it came in 2 days. Fridge is up and running and im really happy with their customer service.
